By commissioning/buying adopts/bases from me you are agreeing to my terms of service.

Art is a luxury, no complaining to me about my prices.

I have the right to refuse any request that would make me uncomfortable.

I have the right to post progress photos of your commission, unless you ask beforehand.

I have the right to stream your commission on my Twitch, unless you ask beforehand.

I have the right to post completed commission works as examples in my Portfolio and on any of my social medias.

I will NOT make any changes after the commission is delivered unless I made a mistake I hadn’t noticed on my part. I will not change anything if you are nit-picking about things that could have been addressed earlier in revision phases.

Payments must be paid in full (100%) upfront.

I will not begin work until the payment is received in full.

Once payment has been made, I do not accept chargebacks.

Do not try to haggle with me or attempt to get a discount.

Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

Payment plans are accepted as long as a down payment of at least 40% is made.
This only applies to £150+ purchases.

1 Week Delivery - 70%

Within 2 weeks - 50%

Within 3 weeks - 25%

Anything else can be discussed.

Sketch: 1 Major + 2 Minor.

Line-art: 2 Minor.

Colour: 1 Minor.

Waiting time may vary. However, turnaround will be 1 week - 2 months depending on workload.

Note that I may have multiple clients, so to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have paid any rush fees, and then those who have completed payment first.

I need your approval on the sketches before I start completing the commission. If there is a delay in your response, the delivery of the final commission will also be delayed accordingly.

You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission

You can post my art on your social media ONLY IF you credit me.

Do NOT allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Do NOT upload my art to any AI sites.

Do NOT allow my art to be sold / used as NFTs.

You can not distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any sites.

You can not edit, trace or modify my art unless stated so.

I retain all intellectual property rights and copyright over my work. This includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, use the image in my portfolio or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

Clients have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation ONLY.

You are not allowed to claim/credit my art as your own. Please always credit me
(e.g Instagram: algay_art, Deviant Art: algay)

I will NOT claim the rights to a character design given to be used in a commission, unless it is one of my own designs.

I will NOT reuse/resell the artwork created in the commission for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

Reselling my artwork or using it for AI, NFT, or any sort of crypto purposes is strictly prohibited.

I will only give full refunds if no work has been completed for the commission.

If work is in sketch phase, only 75% of the total cost will be refunded.

If work is in flat colour and line-art phase, only 40% of the total cost will be refunded.

Nothing past the flat colour and line-art phase will be refunded, no exceptions.

Adoptables and sketch commissions (if started) are non-refundable, no exceptions.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission. If I cancel a commission, any payment made will be refunded in full.
